Getting started

The control panel enables you to manage all the aspects of your app. This help page covers two of the most important parts of manageing your app

  • Managing content
  • Sending alerts 

When you first login you will see your dashboard, this quickly enables you to access each admin area.

 

Managing content

One of the most important areas to manage is the content of your app. This can be accessed by the "Content" tab

 

Your app will contain one or more menus. Menus can help devide up different areas of content or for smaller apps you my have just a single menu. Select "Manage content" on the menu you would like to manage and you will be presented with an overview of your menu structure. 

Your pages can either be open to all app users (App widepages) or secures against one or more groups (Secure group pages) All your pages are listed here.

 

From this page you can manage any of your content, add new pages (App wide or secure group pages) or re-order your menu by simply dragging the pages. It is also pussible to create a structure of pages by putting pages under the "Basic" page type.

 

Sending alerts

The "Alerts" tabe allows you to send messages to your users.

 

You can send alerts to all your app users, just verified users, one or more groups or even to individuals. Simply select the required send option from the top of the alert overview page.

 

The alert text will pop up on users phone, the content will form the main body of the alert, undert the alert statistics you can see exactly which users have viewed this content.

Once you have added an alert and marked it as "ready to send" it is processed and sent to the Apple and Android servers. This can take up to 10 minutes. Once the message has been sent to these servers it cannot be recalled.
